Missing assignment actions after upgrading
Comments
-
We recently upgraded from 3.5 to 5.8, and now we are missing all but one assignment action ("Reject").
The other assignment actions were defined in the Assignment step, in "Assignment Setup" under "Additional Assignment Actions".
Ive looked through the flow and the assignment steps settings - nothing seems to have changed. Is there any way to fix this?

This is because in 3.5 when additional assignment actions were defined there was no explicit setting for “Allow Single Action”, whereas in 5.8 there is.
This means that upon upgrade this check-box is disabled by default, even if it was enabled in 3.5.
You need to navigate to the Assignment step’s properties panel > Click the Edit button next to “Assignment Setup” > Scroll to the “Additional Assignment Actions” section and edit the missing action(s).
From here simply check “Allow Single Action” and the actions should reappear.-
