Hi,

When we use Log Step, where does this information log to? It seems like if we restart the service, the logs are gone.

Hello,

The logs are written to the file system in C:Program FilesDecisionsDecisions Services ManagerLogs. (Note: the location may be different in the file system if you did not use default Decisions installation)

When you restart SHM a new Primary.txt file has been created. You can find previous logs by searching other Primary log files (1 to 10). For more info please check [url=https://documentation.decisions.com/docs/logging-overview]related documentation[/url].

Additionally, you can configure the max number of log files and the max log file size. These settings are found in the settings.xml file here: C:Program FilesDecisionsDecisions Services ManagerSettings.xml
