Can't See column after Change to Report

  • We recently pushed an update that modified a report (added a new column).
    Other users report they can see the new column, but I cant.
    Is there a way to "update" my account so I can see this report?

  • It seems like your account didn’t register this update event, so now the old cached report is what displays.
    This can likely be solved by making a trivial edit to the report (i.e. making column width 1 pixel wider).

    If the dashboard is being viewed at this time a prompt should inform you that the dashboard view has been modified, with the option to refresh.
    If not this you can refresh the report/ browser page and the new report should appear.
