Building a cache gets stuck roughly halfway throug

Hello,

I am working on creating a set of cache’s for an application. They all seem to be working perfectly except one.

We have a list of all zip codes that gets refreshed once a month along with several other pieces of information. For our purpose, we only want to validate the zip codes we receive are correct on a record.

So I created a flow that will load a cache called ZipCodes.

I mapped the ZipCode value to the key, and the internal ZipCodeId to the value.

The load gets 50% done then just hangs. I do not see any issues with CPU or Memory.

I’ve tried with both the For Each as well as the Branch ForEach steps and I get the same issue.

This is our “recursion policy” on flows which is meant to protect you from cpu and memory overruns.

If you open the flow in edit mode, in the properties panel on the right (be sure that NO step is selected) - you will find “recursion policy”. Set it to “ disabled “ and try again.
