Changing Previous Assignments

Hi,

[color=rgb(34, 34, 34)][font=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]Yesterday, User 1 was assigned 20 forms. User 1 is sick today. I need to assign those forms to User 2. I can see how to change the assignment if was assigned to me, but I don’t know where to go to see assignments for User 1. Can you help me please?[/font][/color]

Hi,

If you are using an admin account you should be able to see all previous assignments under All Assignments folder. You can then right-click on assignment and select Change Assignment action.
