All Users group cant view all items in a folder

Hi,
Im having trouble with a permissions issue. When an initial form is being saved to the Process Folder, a user from the “All Users” group is unable to see it but an Administrator can. The “All Users” group has “CanUse”, “CanOpen” and “CanView” permissions on the folder. I would like all groups to be able to view completed snapshots.

Hi,
Try adding "Can View Hidden" permissions to the All Users group. They should be able to see them now.
