Numeric Column Formatting as Other Documentation

Is there any documentation on what goes in the "Other Format" field when documenting a numeric column on a report as as "Other"?
I have tried using placeholder values of: 0, N, #, and X, as well as doing it in single and double quotes, as well as using standard c# formatting with {}. Most cases just end up displaying the actual value I entered as the placeholder, any time I use {}, the report doesnt render.

Currently the Other Format is not working as intended and is a known issue. There is a Developer Ticket in to get this issue resolved. You can check the Release Notes Page: [url=https://documentation.decisions.com/v99/docs#]https://documentation.decisions.com/v99/docs#[/url] for updates when a new version is released. We have also have put in Documentation Ticket to get more specific information on this added to our documentation.
