    Can you please reminder where is the setting that controls the location for uploaded files? I need to move that to a network folder.

    You can find this setting in the settings.xml file located here
    C:Program FilesDecisionsDecisions Services ManagerSettings.xml

    The setting name is FileStorageLocation
