Form Name Change not Reflected in Flow

I ran into an issue last week where I had updated the name of one of my forms which was then used by one of my counterparts in her flow. The day after I had made the name change the update was not on my screen however it was still on her flow with the new name.

Can someone please look into why this occurred?

Currently, the names of steps do not get automatically updated. You can get a new step from the toolbox which will have the updated name or you can change manually edit the name in the steps properties. Note if you are using a new step from the toolbox, the name will only be updated if you drop it onto blank space in the flow, not directly on top of (replacing) the step.
