Populating Drop-Down List with Excel data

This can be achieved by getting the excel file to go through a ‘CSV To List Mapping’ step to create a string list. The list will be used to populate the drop-down list.
We’ll map the column ‘firstName’ of the following sample spreadsheet into the drop-down in this example.
In your flow, connect your start step to a ‘CSV To List Mapping’ step. The ‘CSV To List Mapping’ allows us to convert excel data into a list of string values.

We select our sample spreadsheet. In order to map a particular column of excel file into the string list output, well need to use ‘Item Mapping Editor’.
Using the Item Mapping Editor, we are able to specify that we want the string value from Field02" (column 2) to be passed into the ITEM.
Add a form to the flow with a drop-down list and button. The output for ‘CSV To List Mapping’ step is called ‘Output’ and is used as the input for our drop-down list.
