Disable all components of data repeater but not DR

Hey, I want to disable all the components of the data repeater. When unchecking the Initially Enable property for the data repeater, the entire data repeater is getting disabled. Is there any way I can disable all the components in the data repeater but still keep the appearance of the data repeater enabled as a whole? For example, the labels contained in the data repeater shouldnt have a disabled appearance.

You can make all the components in the data repeater disabled but still, keep the appearance of the data repeater enabled as a whole by unchecking the Initially Enable property on each element of the data repeater.
