Rules With Multiple True Conditions

[font=Nunito, Roboto, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]Hi, I have a validation rule created for preventing processing some requests based on the Date Picker field and two date fields related to that. I want to add in that rule one more condition for validating if that Date Picker will even be evaluated for validation. I tried several options but I was not able to build this. What is the best way to do this? Thank you.[/font]
