Show form upon login for specific users issue

How do we make a form show up for specific users right after they log in to Decisions??
Im on Decisions 4.0 currently and it seems forms cannot pop up when I try to use them in a Login User Flow.

If the form is InSession, the form wont show up. However, you can make the form assigned and have it show up in the users My Tasks.
Would that be able to serve the same purpose for your project?0 -
That should be fine. Is there a way to make sure the form doesnt get assigned to the user if they already have it in their My Tasks? I dont want them to be assigned one every time they log in.
