Flow Execution Extension DS Issue

    I have a Flow Execution Extension DS with a Defined DS list member. I cant seem to get this to save to the DB. Is there any known restrictions on this nesting? Everytime i try and save it looks like it works then, it goes away when other actions occur. I am using the Save Entities step for this.
