  • I am trying to figure out if there is a way to only show some actions when only a single report row is selected, and only show other actions when multiple report rows are selected. Can you do this? I have some actions that get hidden when multiple rows are selected because they're not \"group actions\

  • There is a way to limit the visibility of the Group action only to the Multi-select on the Report.

    Navigate to the Report Viewer component of the Page Designer. Click on the Report element. Navigate to the Properties Tab>Behavior>Actions>Filter Actions. We need to enable the [color=#ff0000]Filter Actions[/color] property. Under the [color=#ff0000]By Categories[/color] property, we need to add the exact name of the Group User Actions. Now, these Group Actions will only appear on multi selected rows on the Report. We need to add all the user actions that need to be displayed on a single select under the [color=#ff0000]By Name[/color] property.
