Would it be possible for me to see a screenshot of your flow(s) as well as the inputs youre using from both SOAP and in the debugger? That single JSON object in the array isnt being passed along and it makes me believe that it has something to do with what information is being input.

If you have fairly simplistic inputs that dont cause a lot of changes, then well look deeper and see if something Decisions is doing is impacting the formatting. One of the other things that jumped out after reviewing your outputs was the return index of the Registration Penalty Fee (For Registration Years 5) in the debugger. For Registration Years 1 and 2, that was the 4th object returned and in the highlighted red version it was the 1st. Did you put it like that in the word document or did that occur in the debugger?
