Advanced Data Grid with Action Icons and hover text

I have an advanced data grid and I want to have a icon displayed that is an action the user can click on.  I also need for the icon to display text with the action name.  How can I do this?

    Using the CustomActionsField (under Calculated Columns) you can have a flow run when the icon is clicked and display text when the user hovers over the text. 

    Click on Add Action and then select the flow that will be run as well as the icon to be displayed.  Then in the Tooltip textbox, add the text you would like displayed on hover.
