Pre selecting values in a form based on the link clicked

I have a case where i am sending a task email to the users with approve and reject links. When users click approve button on the email, i expect the form to open with certain radio button values pre selected.

When users click on the reject link in the email, the same form should open with different radio button values pre selected.

I am not able to implement this use case. Is it possible to update the approve/reject link such that the form opens with pre selected values?
