Finding Elements with No Dependencies

If I have a project structure like the one in the screenshot below, is there a report I can run that shows any elements in a folder below the root folder that have nothing dependent on them? I'm looking for a way to eliminate 'orphaned' objects that have been rendered unnecessary during the development process to keep things clean.
