Can I Disable Rows on a Truth Table?

Is there anyway I can disable a row on a truth table? I don't want to delete the row, but I would like to have the option to disable it. Is that something I can do?

You can absolutely disable rows on a truth table! When going into the Truth table editor, there will be an option when selecting the three dots called "Ignore Condition", as shown in the screenshot below:
