List to CSV Mapping step: no data in excel file

I've got my List to CSV Mapping step set up like this but when I run the flow, the file does not have any of the data I passed in

    Be sure to set up the mapping by clicking Show Item Mapping Editor!

    You will want to map the fields from _INPUT to their fields in ITEM. You will need to Build Data for the ITEM and select the fields you would like to include in your mapping.
