How to see all folder permissions

Is there a report or query that can be run to see all the accounts that have permissions to all different folders on Decisions?

    Yes, in v 8.10+ the group permission audit page in System/Catalog/System Defaults (or by searching it in the search bar) you will find it. Alternatively, you can run this query:

    select* from dbo.account_folder_access_right
