Storing of Cache in Decisions

Can I know where is cache exactly stored, is it client side or server side? Does Decisions allows storing cache on the client machine?

Cache is stored on server side in simpler words, it is stored where Decisions is installed. Decisions doesn't allow storing cache in clients browser/machine.
