Subdialog button in data repeater updating every row

I have a data repeater that has a subdialog button in it. When I click a subdialog button it is updating every row and I only want it to update the row that button is in. Why is this happening?

    This is a setting in the properties of the subdialog button. Under the Flow Data section, there is Flow Outputs. You will want to hover your mouse over the flow outputs and you will see a pencil icon to edit the flow outputs. When editing the flow outputs, you will want to uncheck the box "Refresh all the components listening to this data name" under Behavior.
