IE 11 Loading Decisions Error

Based on our Review of the network trace, random requests are being handled by a Proxy or firewall in the environment instead of being sent to the Decisions Server for processing. This is resulting in 400 (Bad Request) errors on the client. In my opinion, something has recently changed in your environment causing the request to be intercepted.

Please check with your server administration team if there were any modifications done to the hosting infrastructure recently. Based on the Response Header, we suspect that ModSecurity Firewall is installed.
