This error is happening on all of your send email steps? On the error, could you click on details and send us a screenshot? Also, your mail server logs may provide more information as its possible the issue is there.
Regarding the variables on the form, are you available today for a web meeting to take a look at it together?

So I have two questions
1.Our email components keep giving up this error. Is this something on our side that we need to fix?
2.Second question is in our form we are referncing a variable in two labels. One in a HTML table and another on a regular label. For the html table its displaying but for the regular label it’s not. Is there a way to fix this? Because it’s referencing the same variable so it doesn’t make sense to me that for one it shows and the other it doesn’t….
