Hi,
What method are you using to add the complaints to the database? Is this a data type built in Decisions? It is possible that this error is being caused due to a field that is longer than the max length set in the database.

Hey Team!
We were able to get most of the old complaints to upload to the database, but there were a little over 100 on each report that did not. I pulled the error message and here is what it says:
I’ve looked at the data and nothing is different as far as I can tell. Can you help me with this?
