Before I create a flow to validate tel# format on forms…
Must not contain spaces Must not contain dashes Must be 10 digits long
--- I just want to check if you have this feature built in already?

There is a form component called a Masked Text Box that can help you with validate a telephone number with these conditions. Once the Masked Text Box is added to your form, you will want to change these properties:
Value Type: Custom Custom Mask: ^d{10}$The Custom Mask value is a regex that specifies that this masked textbox will only allow digits and must be 10 digits long. Let me know if answers your question, or if you need additional assistance.
