Adding pictures in Rich Text Boxes

Hello,

When creating a manual letter to mail, I input a rich text box with some text already input to send. But when I debug the flow and click add image as a user, it doesn’t actually add the image, but does add the extra lines where the image should be. Is it because I have static input checked? Is there a better way to do this?
