Using Selected OU does not sync to AD

  We try to set up AD server authentication using selected OrgUnits but after running the AD sync job, it doesnt pull the user AD accounts. Any thoughts on what is the root cause?

  In the application web interface, select the Settings → External services → LDAP server connection section. Click Synchronize now.
