I was wondering if there was a way for me to have the Header Container load collapsed instead of having to collapse it? -

Yes, you can have the Header Container load collapsed by setting [b]Yes[/b] for [b]Is Collapsable[/b] and under the BEHAVIOR category, set [b]Initially Visible [/b]to false.
