Question about archived fields on a entities

Hello,
I was curious if there was a way to update archived fields, such as archived, archived_on, archived_by, without having to the delete the entity? id like to update and report on that field without having to delete its records.

Good afternoon Frank,
Fortunately you shouldnt have to delete the [b]Entity [/b]at all. Theres actually a [b]Flow step [/b]called [b]Update Entity[/b] that can be used to update archived fields.
This step is found under [b]Toolbox > DATABASE[/b] in the [b]Flow Designer[/b]. From the Properties tab you just select the desired Entity from the [b]Type Name[/b] dropdown and provide its Entity ID in the [b]Entity ID To Update[/b] field.
Once youve provided this information, the Entitys fields can be updated by providing the desired value under the steps [b]INPUTS[/b].
