Accessing Form

How would I ensure that my form is currently accessible/opened by only one user? If my form is opened by one , the other user should not have access to the form at the same time.

Hello,
If multiple users are assigned to the same assignment, the Assignment Lease setting, will prevent more then one user from opening the form.
Assignment lease setting are under system>settings>Assignment settings.Additional information can be found in the following forum post and documentation.
