  I need to change the base portal URL of my Decisions server. Where do I do this at? Do I need to reinstall?

  Hello,

  The easiest way is to modify the BasePortalUrl field in settings.xml found on the app server at

  C:/Program Files/Decisions/Decisions Services Manager.
