For my forms, I dont want autofill to fill anything with information for any of my components. What settings in Decisions can help with this?

Given Decisions runs in a browser, your browsers autofill settings will likely affect this more effectively than Decisions. Otherwise, I would look up your own browsers autofill settings and work accordingly from there to turn it off.
