display report from tile

I am trying to make a report show up when a user clicks on a diagram tile label on a page. The label shows the action but i cannot get the report to show up. Is there a way to do this?

we can use the "End session form" step in the diagram tile label action flow and configure it to "display a report". It will need the report id and the folder id the report is stored in.
