Deleting templates

I created a few Flow and Form templates which are no longer required. How can I delete them?

The Form Templates are stored at System → Designers → Catalog → Templates. The [b]Templates [/b]folder is a Designer Folder.
The Flow Templates are stored at System → Designers → Catalog → [Templates]. The [b][Templates][/b] folder is a normal Folder and not a Designer Folder.
You can navigate to these Folders and then delete the individual templates from there.
