Sorting and subsorting an array within a flow

Whats the best way to sort an array with a subsort within a flow? I have a database structure that has 3 fields: a user ID, a decimal value, and a date/time value. There are some other boolean fields as well. Then, in a flow, I have a Fetch Entities step to fetch certain entries based on the boolean value(s). After that, I want to sort by the decimal value, and SUBSORT by the date/time value, but I cannot find an easy way to do this. I know how to do this on a report, but I cant find a way to sort an array in such manner. Any suggestions?
