  This might be a bit silly, but is SQL Studio 2019 supported by Decisions? I wanted to upgrade to that or maybe the latest one, but I dont want to break anything in Decisions if its incompatible.

  Thats a perfectly understandable worry. Yes, we do support SQL Studio 2019. Im personally on SQL Studio 2020 myself, and everything has been working fine. So I hope this eases your worry about upgrading!
