Content of Email Template

If we use your custom Email template with a Send Email step, the content will come from the body of the email. To use this template for a Assignment notification you will need to use a send email step. On the Assignment step, you will need to setup a Flow on Start of the Assignment. In this Flow we would have the send email step and use the template in it. This way the Email body will be mapped in for the Content variable for the template. Also, we will need to set the Notification policy to None.
