modifying default home report page

You can modify the current report viewer on the home page by selecting the red actions link and selecting edit report from its drop down. This image shows where the actions link will be located when you are in the viewer.

If you want to edit the actual page layout, youd edit the page named UsersPage" found in /System/Designers/Catalog/System Defaults/
