Dynamic approval chain

Does anyone have an example of creating an approval chain with multiple levels in a flow? I have a form that needs to vary its approvals based on selections in the form.

To complete this i did not use an Approval Chain as support said it was going to be deprecated. I created a list of "Approver" objects and looped thru those.
