To add or remove email addresses to or from this list in a flow, Add Item to List, Remove Item from List, and other list manipulation steps would be used. Alternatively, if you are asking if we have a form component with similar functionality to the screenshot attached to this ticket, the most similar component to this would be the Multi-Select Drop Down. Data Repeaters can also be used to do this but will require some extra setup.[/font]
