Access Entity Framework for External Entity

I have created an external entity in Decisions, using the steps outlined on the following documentation page

After completing the steps and the additional configuration for my external entity, I change the context on the report page to reflect my new external entity. At this point I can create actions that use the steps created by Decisions to add and edit the external entities.

However, when I use a flow to get the External entity, I cant access or see the entity framework for the entity in the flow data, even though it is shown on the Datatype matrix that entity framework is a feature of external entities

Can you please advise on how I can access the framework when working with my external entities in flows. For example I would like to set the State for the External Entity or view the All_Tags_Data field
