Display strings and icons in report column

Is there a way to dynamically display either string or icon under the same report column? I want to display N/a on my report where isTested (a column) equal false. I currently have an icon flow to display a red X/ green check icons when another column is false/true, respectively.

Unfortunately, it doesnt look like there is a way to accomplish this dynamically. I suggest displaying an N/A icon instead of texts. Ive attached an example N/a icon. This will allow you to use the same icon flow to determine whether the row should display which icon.
