Can we define the Default Folder a user will see on login?

The Default Folder for a user on logging in can be defined at the Account level, the Group level, as well as the Portal level. You can change/set this by editing the Account, Group settings, or in Portal Settings respectively.
Decisions follows a priority sequence of whether the default Folder is defined at the User level, then Group level and lastly Portal level.
