I am not sure how or if I can export a single revision from the repository to be imported into another environment. I don’t want to create a branch and import everything, only the items that changed in the revision checked into the repository.
Would you be able to help me with the steps?

Hello peanut,
In the repository, if you right-click on the revision and select Get Modified Resources In Revision, the changed items will download as a project that you can import elsewhere.
