    Hi Support,

    I have a flow, which contains a form which takes in data via a Rich Text Box, however the output once this is submitted contains HTML tags, Is there a way this can be prevented?

    Hi Lee,

    Absolutely this is possibly by incorporating a step named HTML to Ascii, which is within your steps catalogue. If you map the output from your Rich Text Box into this step, the output will be stripped of HTML tags for you.
