I have a report being sourced from an external DB. What would be the best way to utilize user actions on data from an external database?

In terms of best practice, I would suggest creating an External Entity to handle external data like we would with internal Decisions data structures/ objects. Once created and additional steps are configured, we can create user actions on this external entity as we would with a general entity.
