I have retrieve 30000 record from table . When I use it on foreach step it give me recursion policy error.Is there any limit defined in foreach step ? Please suggest me some other alternative to iterate 30000 item.

You can change the recursion policy for a flow by opening a flow and looking at the properties in the bottom right in the flow editor.
You can disable the recursion checker or up the limit.
These defaults are simply for safety.
